Experience
Ambadas has been practicing for over 10 years. He has a wide-range of experience representing individuals and businesses alike. For the past eight years, Ambadas has successfully defended individuals and insurers in litigation matters. Ambadas’ experience includes defending individuals against personal injury claims as well as litigating insurance coverage cases. He has advised insurers and insureds on a wide variety of insurance interpretation matters involving both personal and commercial insurance policies. Ambadas also has Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy experience. Ambadas has tried several cases as lead counsel and has both extensive litigation and appellate experience in the state and federal courts. Ambadas’ appellate experience includes arguing in front of the Georgia Supreme Court and obtaining successful results in the Georgia appellate courts for his clients.

Prior to forming Joshi & Patel, LLC, Ambadas worked at the prestigious downtown law firm of Carlock, Copeland, Semler & Stair, LLP where he helped defend insureds and insurers alike in various litigation matters. Prior to Carlock Copeland, Ambadas was an attorney with State Farm Insurance Company representing State Farm and State Farm insureds.
