Prakash has been practicing for over 7 years. He has a wide-range of experience representing individuals, medical professionals and businesses alike. For the past 7 years, Prakash has successfully defended individuals and insurers in litigation matters. Prakash’s experience includes representing individuals and insurers in catastrophic injury claims, products liability claims, medical malpractice claims, premise liability claims and bad faith claims. He has also advised insurers and businesses on a wide variety of insurance interpretation matters involving both personal and commercial insurance policies. Prakash also has extensive experience handling business disputes matters and he has successfully represented municipalities throughout the State of Georgia. Prakash has tried cases as lead counsel and has both extensive litigation and appellate experience in the state and federal courts.
Prior to forming Joshi & Patel, LLC, Prakash worked at Mabry & McClelland, LLP where he helped defend insureds and insurers alike in various litigation matters. Prior to Mabry & McClelland, LLP, Prakash was an attorney with Cooper & Makarenko a law firm that successfully tried numerous cases on behalf of insureds and insurers throughout the State of
